## Which kind of drawing tablet

## My thoughts on your first drawing tablet

* In general I recommend people to spend the least amount of money possible if they are just starting out.
* For that reason I suggest that you get a pen tablet (no screen) unless you are absolutely sure that you MUST have a pen display (has a screen). More here: [Pen tablets vs pen displays](/drawtab/buying/pen-tablets-vs-pen-displays.md)
