# Avoid dropping your pen

## Summary

Avoid dropping your pen or in general subjecting them to any sudden force

## Overview

Pens are the most sensitive component because they have some small parts and some moving parts. A fall onto a floor can damage your pen. The can completely break the internals of your pen.

## What might happen

 * Reversal of pressure sensitivity
 * No matter how hard you press, pen thinks you are pressing at full 100% pressure
 * Have to press (much) harder than before to draw
 * Pen can become too sensitive so you have to press much more lightly
 * Pen starts drawing or clicking even while it is hovering above the tablet
* NIB PROBLEMS
 * Tip of nib can break, leaving the nib suck inside pen
 * Nib may fracture inside and be bent making it difficult to remove
* PEN BODY PROBLEM
 * The tip of the pen can break and small pieces and come off
* BUTTON PROBLEMS
 * Buttons may become non function
 * Buttons may act as if they are always pressed
