# XP-Pen Magic Note Pad (MNP1095) notes

## Overview

A decent standalone tablet comparable to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9FE.

My unit exhibited strong "pulsing" in tilt.

## Anti-glare sparkle

On the low end of moderate AG sparkle. Visible.

## Tilt

Most X3 Pro pens I tested exhibit a kind of "pulsing" with tilt with the unit I had.

If you are drawing and notice tilt interfering, disable tilt in your app's brush settings.

## Pen compatibility testing

**X3 Pro and X3 Pro Slim** - I have 11 of these. These all worked but 8 of them measure tilt a bit erratically. Pressure worked fine. This issue with tilt was also present in the XP-Pen Magic Drawing Pad GEN2.

**X3 Pro roller** - I have only one of these pens, and pressure did not work, so I could not draw. The problem with the pressure might have been the pen itself. It's hard to tell since I only have one of these pens.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.sevenpens.com/drawtab/catalog/drawtabs/xppen/xppen-mnp1095-notes.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
