Is it worth getting in 2026?
NO.
If you have a compatible Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 or Cintiq Pro 32, it could be interesting to get a Cintiq Pro Engine, but it is so specialized and so expensive, and is no longer supported.
A much better alternative is to get a Mini PC or laptop. As of 2026, you'll find many PCs and laptops which are just as powerful as the Cintiq Pro Engine, and in the case of many PCs, you'll find some that are much, much less expensive. These MiniPCs have the benefit of being somewhat upgradeable since you can often replace the RAM or storage.
What about getting a used one? They don't show up often on eBay. In any case, I still think you are better off getting a MiniPC.
Basics

Notes
The Cintiq Pro Engine is a very specialized device in that it only works with exactly two Wacom Pen displays and really has no ability to be used in any other way. For example, you cannot use it as a PC by itself. It is also remarkably expensive.
