Custom sizing

Manufacturers of 3rd-party screen protectors may offer custom-cut sizes.

The manufacturers may have a database for many existing tablets about the exact sizes already. But in some cases you are going to have to tell them the exact dimensions of the size you need.

If you need to find the exact size for your tablet - this requires a little bit of research. The size will be bigger than the screen itself for sure but many need to be a little smaller then the full physical dimensions of the tablet depending on the kind of bezel your tablet has. Contact the manufacturer for the exact way you should measure the dimensions of the cut your need.

Anti-glare treatment

Some manufacturers offer choices for your film so that you can have more or less anti-glare treatment. You should think about this before you buy.

If your tablet already has an AG treatment - you may want to buy a completely clear film. Because adding an AG film on top of an tablet that already has AG treatment might make things look blurry or have too much AG sparkle.

if you are not happy with the amount of AG effect or AG sparkle - you may want to buy a film with less AG treatment.

Try a sample before you buy a full sheet

Some third-party manufacturers offer "sample packs" - smaller pieces of their protectors you can try on your screen so you know exactly what you are going to see. I highly suggest getting these sample packs.
